Suriname Toad (Pipa pipa) Breeding Tank Setup

Last year I got a pair of Suriname Toads (Pipa pipa). I named them Pancake can Flapjack. Initially, I kept them in a quarantine thank, but after a few months, I got them set up in a 75 gallon aquarium. They did really well in there, but I noticed something…

Every now and again I would catch the toads in amplexus. This means they have the likelihood of breeding at some point. I’m not sure if it will happen or not, but if it does, they would benefit from a taller tank. So, I decided to make a new one.
