Making Better Decisions: Understanding of your Values and Vision

In this video Takota Coen and I are going to discuss why clarifying your vision, values, and resources serves two functions:

1. Allow you to accurately diagnose your Property Context for its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are relative to your vision and values

2. Provide the foundation for the decision making process required to design the appropriate behaviours and systems that will turn weaknesses and threats into strengths and opportunities.
