A DIY Bubble Rock Fountain Bowl? Sure that’s what we’ll call it! I came up with this project awhile ago and have been thinking of how it should be done. I finally got all the pieces together and made it happen. It’s a neat and effective design that’s easy to make. Pretty cheap too! I imagine it only took about $40 USD to make.
