How to save Tomato seeds, 3 different methods with germination tests..

Decided to try out 3 different methods to save tomato seeds & then test their germination rate.. I thought it would be interesting to see if there was much of a difference between germination rates & the time it took for the seeds to sprout..

I really think it is necessary that us backyard gardeners start up networks for seed saving & sharing.. An important part of that is the testing of saved seeds to see how well our saved seeds germinate.. Not only is it good for ourselves to know how well our saved seeds will preform but it also lets others know how many seeds they need to start for their own requirements in a given season..
I would like to see us all beat the multinational seed suppliers by supporting small heirloom seed providers as well as saving our own to share for free with friends & family like millions have done for thousands of years..
